ActionCOACH Caribbean respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit businesscoachcaribbean.com or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with and what your rights are.

1Who we are

ActionCOACH Caribbean is the master franchise of ActionCOACH, the global business coaching organisation, for the Caribbean region. We support business owners through our local firms and recruit and train new business coaches and franchise partners across the countries of the Caribbean.

ActionCOACH Caribbean is operated by JAMM Company, Zeist, the Netherlands. JAMM Company is responsible (the "controller") for the personal information collected through this website. Our local ActionCOACH firms are independently owned and operated businesses.

2Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form, book a session, register for the Coach Blueprint or email us, we may collect:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• your country, business name, industry and role;
• information about your business or career background and what you are looking for;
• anything else you choose to write in a message or open text field.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our service providers may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies.

Payment information. If you pay online, for example for the Coach Blueprint, your payment is handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card details.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as health data or government ID numbers through this website.

3How we use your information

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry and contact you about it;
• connect you, as a business owner, with the ActionCOACH firm in your country;
• discuss becoming a business coach or franchise partner with you, and guide you through that process;
• register you for and deliver the Coach Blueprint, events and other programmes you sign up for, and process payment;
• send you resources, updates and invitations, but only if you have agreed to receive them;
• improve our website and services;
• meet our legal and administrative obligations.

We process your information because you have given consent, because it is needed to respond to your request or to deliver a service you signed up for, because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, or because the law requires it.

4Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where needed:

• Our local ActionCOACH firms. If you are a business owner looking for coaching, we pass your details to the ActionCOACH firm in your country so a coach can contact you. That firm is an independent business and handles your information under its own privacy policy.
• ActionCOACH Global. Where needed to recruit, train and onboard new coaches and franchise partners.
• Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website platform, our CRM and email system, our payment provider and our video meeting tools. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
• Authorities, when we are legally required to.

5Cookies

Our website uses cookies to make it work properly, to remember your preferences and to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website, such as forms, may not work correctly without them.

6International transfers

We work across several countries, and some of our service providers are based in the United States or Europe. Your information may therefore be stored or processed outside your own country. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as data processing agreements and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses.

7How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to further contact are deleted within 24 months. If you become a client, coach or franchise partner, we keep your information for as long as that relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires.

8How we protect it

Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. We limit access to your information to the people who need it, and we work with reputable service providers that apply strong security measures. No system is completely secure, but if a data breach occurs that affects you, we will inform you as required by law.

9Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• object to or restrict certain uses of it;
• withdraw your consent at any time, for example by clicking "unsubscribe" in any of our emails;
• file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

10Children

Our services are meant for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it took effect.
