Coach Blueprint Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you enrol in the 12-Week Successful Coach Blueprint (the "Program"). By ticking the box on the enrolment form and completing your payment, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1Who we are

The Program is offered by ActionCOACH Caribbean, operated by JAMM Company, Zeist, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). You can reach us at janinelieakwie@actioncoach.com.

2The Program

The Program runs for 12 weeks and is delivered online. Each week includes:

• a video lesson of about 30 minutes on our online learning platform, which you watch in your own time;
• a playbook with reflection questions and actions for that week, which you bring to the live session;
• a live online session, facilitated by an ActionCOACH coach.

You get access to the learning platform once your Program starts, for the duration of the Program. You can follow the Program in a group or individually. We agree your format and start date with you in writing (email is fine) after you enrol.

The Program is an introduction to the profession of business coaching. It does not give you an ActionCOACH franchise or the right to use the ActionCOACH name or materials commercially.

3Price and payment

• Pay in full: US$1,200, paid at enrolment.
• 3 monthly installments: US$425 per month, paid at enrolment and then automatically on the same day of the next two months (US$1,275 in total).

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Any bank or currency-conversion fees charged by your own bank are for your account.

Installments are a payment arrangement, not a monthly subscription. When you choose installments, you commit to the full Program and all 3 payments are due, also if you stop the Program early. If a payment fails, we will contact you. We may pause your access to sessions and materials until the payment has been made.

4Cancellation before you start

• Within 14 days of enrolment, and before your first session: you can cancel by email and we refund everything you have paid, in full.
• After 14 days, but before your first session: you can move your place once to a later start date at no cost. A refund is no longer possible, except under the money-back guarantee below.
• After your first session: the Program has started and cancellation is no longer possible. The money-back guarantee still applies.

If we cannot start your Program within 3 months of your enrolment, or we cancel a group and cannot offer you a suitable alternative, we refund everything you have paid, in full.

5Our money-back guarantee

The guarantee applies when you have:

• watched all 12 video lessons on the learning platform;
• attended all 12 live sessions (a session you reschedule with us in advance counts as attended);
• completed all 12 playbooks, including the weekly actions and action plans, and shared them with us;
• filled in the program surveys in weeks 1, 6 and 12;
• asked for the refund by email within 14 days after your last session.

We will check completion with you and refund within 14 days of approving your request, to the card you paid with. Once you have received a refund under the guarantee, the credit in section 6 no longer applies.

6Credit if you join ActionCOACH

If, within 6 months after completing the Program, you sign:

• a franchise agreement with ActionCOACH Caribbean, or
• an associate coach agreement with an ActionCOACH firm in the Caribbean,

we credit the full US$1,200 toward your investment in joining ActionCOACH: your franchise investment, or your investment in associate coach training and onboarding. The credit is personal, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with a refund.

7Your commitments

• Attend your sessions on time and let us know in advance if you cannot make it.
• Keep the Program materials for your own use. They are owned by ActionCOACH IPCo Ltd and may not be copied, shared or used commercially.
• Treat what other participants share in sessions as confidential.

8Results

The Program gives you training, tools and real coaching experience. What you achieve with it depends on your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee any income or business results.

9Liability

Our total liability in connection with the Program is limited to the amount you have paid for it. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost income. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live in a country whose consumer protection laws give you more rights, those rights still apply to you.
