Gina Gray is General Manager of Bioregeneration Integrated Medical Centre, Jamaica's pioneer in regenerative and integrative medicine, founded by Dr. Janice Simmonds-Fisher. The clinic started coaching with ActionCOACH Jamaica in 2020. Since then it has grown from three to fourteen full-time team members, achieved more than 30 times net income growth since 2019, and doubled its clinical footprint.
Under Gina's leadership the clinic launched the IV League Membership Programme and a patient referral system that now brings in 30% of new business.
