"Can I afford a coach – and will it pay for itself?" It is the first question almost every business owner asks us. The honest answer: it depends on the type of coaching you choose, and on what you are prepared to change. Here is how it works.
What you pay for
The price of coaching depends on three things:
- Format. Group programs cost the least, one-to-one coaching costs more, and executive coaching for larger companies costs the most.
- Frequency. Weekly sessions deliver results faster than monthly ones, and are priced accordingly.
- Scope. Coaching only the owner is different from also coaching your management team or training your staff.
The options, from entry level to premium
| Option | For whom |
|---|---|
| Workshops and group programs (GrowthCLUB, ActionCLUB, 12-week MasterCLASS) | Owners who want to start with planning and peer support |
| One-to-one business coaching | Owners who want personal focus and faster results |
| Executive and corporate coaching | Leaders of larger companies and their teams |

Think return, not cost
The right question is not "what does it cost?" but "what does it return?" Coaching should pay for itself through higher sales, better margins, fewer costly mistakes and time you get back. That is why our firms offer a guarantee: we find our fee in 17 weeks, or we keep coaching until we do – as long as you follow the system and complete the agreed actions.
What it costs not to act
Standing still also has a price: another year of long hours, cash flow worries, or a team that depends on you for every decision.
